Here are the pages everyone wants to check out..... what do you have for sale? 

Horses are listed by age first with the youngest ones first.  Then by gender....ladies first.  Then by breed and finally by pattern within the breed (ie....colored Paints and then solids).   Each horse for sale will have a description, a link to the pedigree and finally pricing.

Payment contracts are possible with a 25% down payment and regular monthly payments (unless otherwise arranged).  The horse stays here until paid in full.  The cost of care is the responsibililty of the buyer from the time there is a contract in place.  Minimal board fees are charged for horses staying here while being purchased....enough to cover feed and general care.  There is no refund of fees paid if a buyer changes their mind and cancels the contract.  No horse leaves until paid in full along with any care fees (vet, farrier etc as well as board).  Payments are accepted in cash, personal checks (with time to clear the buyers bank), postal service money orders (with verification of authenticity) and wired bank fund transfers (an account would be set up to accept funds and once those funds are verified in the account the horse can be taken by the buyer).

In general colts are not gelded until at least yearlings, sometimes even later.  The exception would be one that is from a possible HERDA carrier parent....the foal will be tested and colts that are carriers will be gelded prior to leaving the property at the sellers expense.
